I own a SUV and fill my gas tank every week for $75-80. I will give my business to a company who appreciates it's customers.
I went into this station in the dark, in the ghetto... with a flat tire, due to a screw I picked up. The ATM part of the air machine was broken, but the staff person (Paul) reached into his pocket & handed me a dollar. I was able to fill the tire and make it home okay, because of his kindness.
The last straw for me was today when I went there and tried to purchase cigarettes and some beer. The cashier asked me for ID (which they never do, but ok whatever) I go out to my car and come back and the cashier was assisting another customer. But then when he is done decides to take the next person in line, I said excuse me I should be next I just went to get my ID, so I have to wait again, He said yes ma'am I have to take the next person in line. I walked out leaving the items I wanted to purchase.
Dirty and unfriendly staff.
great! friendly workers, fresh bananas are fresh n gr8 and peppermints gum and all sorts nickel a peice very convenient store especially if you live in matthews crossing
Terrible customer service. I tried to patronize this local gate and each and every morning I go there they never have flavored coffee ready. If I ask for vanilla, hazelnut or butter pecan they say oh we can make some for you right now. I am on my way to work I dont have time to sit and wait for a pot to brew when you have 6 regular pots of coffee sitting there. What sense does that make? It is 7:30am, why should I have to wait for your to brew a pot of flavored coffee?
