-Well. They do have that oriental look so they have that going for them. After this comment the dental hygienist looked like she almost broke her neck turning so fast in disbelief.
This place is beyond awesome. From dealing with my daughters difficult insurance to calming my nervous 4 year down. They were like magicians. My daughter left the office laughing and wanting to go back! They took the time to explain everything to her and I. They let me go back with her (probably easing my fears more than her.) It really was a great experience for a nervous mommy and her nervous 4 year old. We definitely will be back.
Our visits with Dr. Maples were great. She was kind and professional every time.
Our visits with Dr. Michael Switkes were uncomfortable and at times disrespectful. He made unnecessary comments and small talk with me during my children's dental visit. This included things like,
I've wanted to write this review for some time now. If you have had a wonderful experience, good for you. If you are shopping around for a new dentist, be cautious, and stay with your kids. Going to the dentist is scary enough without having this guy making your experience feel even worse.
-So. Two girls? Are you gonna try for that boy? No? You don't want to PROVE you can make a boy?
Again, unnecessary and disrespectful. It was not his business to say any of this. It was also my 3 year old's first time for a cleaning and when she got nervous he grabbed her arm and said, "You need to stop before you scare the other little kids."
Dr. Maples and all of the hygienists here are the best in town! My son was so nervous about getting dental work done, and they handled his anxiety so well. They work great with the children and also with the parents by bringing them back and explaining everything that was done and what else needs to be done. We turned down the place that we were initially referred to because of bad reviews and saw the wonderful reviews for this dentist. It was the best choice we could've made for both of our children. They really live up to their reputation! Keep up the good work!

I have been taking my children to see Dr. Michael since they were each 3yo (now 14 and 8yo). Once he reduced his hours we continued with Dr. Maples. I have always had a great experience with everyone at this office. Wish they saw adults as I am not looking for a new dentist myself!
My child was a "walk-in" due to a snafu with the insurance company. The office staff took care of everything regarding the insurance and the dentist treated my child the same day. Excellent office!!
