I've been here for two hours with two kids for a regular 5 year old check up. The doctor was totally unprofessional. We've been going here for two years...but she couldn't remember that he has allergies or uses an EpiPen. And didn't want to fill it for his school...until she double checked the fact (after I told her..that I was not leaving without one)...that yeah..she's been filling it every year! At first they scheduled me at the wrong office...now they literally made me sit for two hours...for a kindergarten shot record form. I'll be changing my kids doctor. Stay away from UF Health. Claudia Van Soest was absolutely horrible and is the reason I am making this change!!
