Love the new MTS set-up. Got a new collar for our dog and the associate was a great help. He was able to help us figure out the best option.
The workers are very nice and friendly. As for the store's stock, they are bound to have what you need. Checkout is fast and easy and the store is also relatively clean. But of course the animals are super cute!
Petco is pretty pricey, but they meet competitor's price (in newspapers or coupons) and ONLY Petco's online prices.
Fantastic service, very friendly staff with cute puppies everywhere, the fish guy was a great guy, stopped what he was doing immediately to help. Extremely helpful, much better than the trash petsmart.
The first time I ever took my precious to be groomed by someone other than the doctor's office. They did an awesome job they were so wonderful and loving to her I will never take her anywhere else to be groomed. She looks so wonderful.
The staffs and managers are super friendly. They are really helpful and willing to assist. They really help and go out of their way to find solutions to your problems and empathize with you when your expectations have not been met. They make me feel welcome no matter the circumstances.
