Very friendly
The new manger is not very friendly. Nor a people person. He in fact act as it you are bothering him. I understand that your work load may be heavy however; there is not an excuse to treat your customers like they do not matter. When I ask him why the lock was not off my storage he said he had been busy with the condition of the hurricane. My bill had been paid up for 2 months. And in two months you have not been able to remove the lock off the storage. I ask the manger for a credit, he stated there would be no credit in fact he went on to say if I did not like than move out. Than said he can just give me a 3 day notice to move out of the storage. This is the 3rd manger since I been with this storage company and have been there for
3yrs and never have had any problems.
Staff is friendly, everything is always clean. It can be easy to miss although it's right at Dunn.
