The China Buffet was phenomenal. After visiting the beach we were able to get a great sit-down meal the staff was extremely friendly prices were Great and the buffet was loaded with excellent options never seen so much sushi on a buffet!
Plenty of parking. Minimal amount of stores.
J C penneys is a source of items.
It is sad the state this mall has been reduced to. Approximately, more than half of the mall is empty. The food court is practically nil. The only businesses that get a fairly steady stream of customers is Jimmy Jazz, J.C. Penney and Bath and Body Works. The company that owns this mall is doing little to nothing to maintain the mall. The parking lot is uneven and the lines are all but nonexistent. The only thing nice about this mall is the bathroom. There has been a mass exodus to the Town Center that is bringing down businesses not just in this mall, but also in the surrounding area. Hopefully, people will get tired of the crowds and higher priced stores and come back to the Regency area.
The place is decent but always seems dead. Nothing special.
I am not a fan of regency. I have lived here my whole life and the area has gone down hill. The roads are a mess and its a scary area to go to. There are plenty other shopping areas you can check out in safer areas and they are WAYYY nicer.
