Great place. Doctors are great. Very detailed. Communicates with patients very well. I was very comfortable with my visit.
Every time I come in, whether it is for a drug screen or a job-related injury emergency, I am always greeted with a smiling face and a nice person. I have been using this facility for a little over 3 years now for work and have never had a bad experience with any of the staff. They are all professional and do their jobs very well. I had a very bad accident at work one day and they made sure I was seen by a specialized dentist that very day. Aside from the standard wait time I have zero complaints about this establishment. But I would happily wait here to get the service I received, than go anywhere else.
They were very professional and earnest. They answered any questions I had from the technical to the trivial sincerely and didn't try to B.S. me on anything. They were quick as well. They're small but they're fantastic.
My company requires I go to Concentra for required physicals and immunizations, so I've been there several times. The staff is always friendly and efficient. The front desk people are surprisingly easy going considering how busy they always are. The clinicians and doctors are thorough but are still able to stay on task. Only drawback is the long wait and full waiting room. Sometimes it's standing room only, but there's free coffee to keep you going. Good place to go if you don't mind waiting. Take in consideration that they accept walk-ins.
I'm one of those that had to get a pre-employment physical for work. I usually view these as a waste of my time, plus I had to drive from St Augustine. The staff here was great, they got me right in, treated me quite well, and in general, I kinda enjoyed being there. Once the company reviewed the x ray, I had to go back for further testing. Another hundred mile drive on the Friday before Labor Day. Oh Boy! I arrived about 45 minutes early, but they saw me right away. Again, the staff was excellent. I must say that this is the best urgent care facility that I've ever been to. Don't forget to try the coffee when your done! Thanks Concentra!
