The amount of care their groomers demonstrate is second to none. So appreciative of their care of our labradoodle.

If I could leave no stars I would. We had an appointment for 10 days beforehand, waiting for a non busy time as my dog barks around other dogs a lot. Made it clear when scheduling the appointment that he barks at people he doesn't know, may growl; but we have a muzzle for such times. They still took the appointment knowing the situation. So we waited, bring him in for a de-shedding, bath, and trim. My dog barked twice at the lady that would be doing the treatment, says she's not comfortable doing it, even with the dog wearing a muzzle. If you know the behavior or the dog, why make the appointment? Definitely will not be taking any further business here.
Really great place! Staff is super helpful. My pup Oscar loved it there. He usually whines when I take him to the groomer. When we picked him up he was super happy, clean and soft! Also his nails were buffed nicely and smooth. The old place I took him too always did a rough job. This will be his new pup spa for sure!
