Ron, the owner is very knowledgeable about all reptiles. Great selection and variety at all times. This is a reptile store, not a bird store or bunny store. If you need reptile supplies and information this is the place to go.
So extremely disappointed, I drove an hour just to check out this pet store. As soon as you walk through the door it smells awful. I know its an exotic pet store but that is absolutely no excuse for such a terrible odor. I've been to dozens of exotic pet stores that don't stink. Wasnt even greeted when we came in the door. The cages are filthy and quite a few of the animals look sick and are living in very poor habitats. One bearded dragon didn't have any light or heat source. Dried poop caked to glass on multiple tanks that looks like its been there for weeks. Cob webs between cages. Lots of enclosures were too small for the size animals being kept in them. I would never buy a pet from this store. Couldn't help but feel sorry for the animals.
Staff is knowlegable and friendly. Sometimes it's difficult to get in and out when it's busy. There are better prices online but I'd rather spend a little bit more and support a local small business. The have the largest selection of feeders I've seen apart from reptile shows.

He will guide you to the RIGHT reptile for your lifestyle & desires for the best reptile for you. Mike is also always courteous and is vey kind & helpful. Mike does wonders with handling many customers at once & still making you feel - that your business is important to him.
Owner is very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. The store has a big selection of reptiles even poisonous ones. Although the owner and operator is shortstaffed, he went out of his way to give me good service. I will definitely be back!
