One year after painting, 55 year caulking failing after improper installation and workmanship. Certapro refused to honor workmanship warranty. Chimney paint only had one coat that was rained on and washed off paint. Contractor missed second coat. During inspection, agreed to send crew over to repaint. Never heard from Certapro again. WARNING: Steve Allen from Certapro will not stand behind his work and will lie to you and not honor his word. DO NOT hire this company.
