Great place for movies and simple food. Love they now have two theaters. Miss not having the kitchen in the theater with you so you don't miss the movie for that popcorn run or the candy you forgot to order the first time through. Love the new seats also. Wish they sat a bit higher than the ones in front of you as tall folks sitting in front of you block your viewing area. If they could also turn down the floor lamps as those things are very bright during the show. Picture in the old theater and sound are excellent. Will need to try the new theater. Love supporting our locals when possible.
It's not only a magnificent art deco theater, but It's the real heart of our lovely community. Best refreshments ever, including wine...and a brand new cafe and bakery. As well as a second ADDITIONAL theater tgat didn't encroach on the original at all. Thank goodness! They also do a FABULOUS job booking a terrific mix of films, from big suoerhero franchises to Oscar worthy to great family fare!
I've never been to the San Marco without thoroughly enjoying myself. Recently added was a additional screen and additional space.They still over the same menu which is very good. From pizza to popcorn,wine beer and soft drinks and candy.Additional offerings from a locial bakery are also part of the retail mix. Of the newly renovated space.This is a nice addition to the rich tspistry of what is San Marco. First realise movies are shown as well as not so main stream films. Give them a try.
The 2nd screen opened in late 2017 is amazing! Very spacious seats with tables for your beer/wine/soda food, etc. Nice and intimate size, all with good views of the screen.
I have been going to this place for about 40 years. They always have the top movies playing. The food and beverages are a little pricey but very good. It has just been renovated and looks so nice. The best place to go for a pizza, beer, and a movie. I love this place!
