I have used Dedge's both personally and professionally for 30 years. I would never use anyone else and refer all of my clients to them. They have helped me late at night when I locked my car keys in my friend's house, (totally genius move) did work at my parents' house through the years as well as the two houses I have owned and my business. Every single employee is courteous, knowledgeable and professional. They respond quickly, their work is exemplary, and the pricing is more than fair. I would recommend Dedge's to everyone!

After my current locksmith was unable to help me - I called Dedge's and Max was very sympathetic to my emergency. He went above and beyond to make sure I could open my business as soon as possible. I was so grateful I decided to have copies of all of our office equipment made that day. All keys worked except for one. I was unable to call them until late in the day to let them know. They walked me through how to remove the lock but the desk design made it impossible for me. 10 minutes before they closed, Max called and volunteered to meet me at my sight and help me out with the key. Within minutes he had the lock removed and a good key cut for it - at no extra cost!
