Very rude stuck up people . I had very little patience with these people ... Especially some of security ..
Rude very very rude, to end the call I said thank you and the response was a "um hu". Hope you have patience when you call this office.
NO STARS, The office that collects the fines right after you enter the courthouse. I went with my daughter to pay a traffic ticket. I lost the number stub the computer gives you at check-in. I lost the number when I was looking for my purse. THERE ARE NO SIGNS THAT INFORM YOU - THEY WILL NOT SERVICE YOU IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A TICKET. The public servant who is supposed to collect the money for ticket refused to take my money without the check-in-stub.I told her I was NOT informed of the necessity of having the stub there are no signs, no one else is coming up, I just want to pay my ticket I waited an hour, she still refused to take my money after an hour of waiting. I could not wait another hour as she suggested because my 19 year old daughter had a doctors appointment to get the results of her biopsy, when I pleaded with her and still she refused, i asked her to check the video tape to see me obtain my stub she still refused, I asked for a supervisor, the supervisor came and refused. When I continued to plead my case, they called the police on me. MIND YOU I AM NOT YELLING, being belligerent or disrespectful in any way, I am asserting and begging that they take my money to pay my ticket that was due. There is video tape surveillance of me obtaining the stub and NO SIGNS reading no service without stub. Instead me and my 19 year old daughter were surrounded by police. I told the police to go ahead and arrest me because there was no sign informing me I required a stub to be serviced, I just wanted to pay my traffic ticket, I already waited an hour, It would have been quicker just to let me pay the ticket and I was in NO WAY belligerent or disrespectful, I have a room full of witnesses... this confirms it to me, this is not a bureaucracy Republic this is a police state. Imagine a county clerk calling the police because some clerk arbitrarily makes up a rule without informing the public than refusing to provide service and call the police, after all prisons are FOR PROFIT.... Justice should NOT be blind, it should see TRUTH
