I have found the people at the Jacksonville Veterans Services office to be friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I have received great service from Manny Deguzman, the V.S.O. who has helped me. He is very helpful, courteous, and always returns phone calls and emails.
i went in to get help on a Notice Of Disagreement form. I was treated extremely bad do to my less that perfect discharge. Va representative told me he would not help me and escorted me out the door as if i was some criminal. Its completely uncalled for anyone to be treated the way i was today.
