Clean and well kept. New machines and not stupid expensive. I really like this laundry mat. The dryers are crazy fast. I was able to dry two blankets in 18 minutes. They have a tv, vending machines and lots of seating. The staff is always nice and cleaning constantly. Their bathroom could use a little work but overall you're not going to find a better laundry facility in the city.

Very clean facility, VERY efficient machines at fair prices, and there’s free WiFi! I came first thing Saturday morning and it was nice and quiet.
Their service is good when they’re not misplacing your laundry, making you wait while they say their finishing your laundry after you’ve been called informing you your clothes are ready to pick up just to find out your clothes are done and that they mis labeled your laundry, giving your clothes to other people to have them later returned, and not calling you when your laundry is done, and having others persons articles of clothing mixed with yours. I have used the service for close to two months and to start it was stellar, but the past three weeks have caused me to stop using their business. Veronica was the exception and had a genuine concern for the issues I had, providing a discount and peace of mind the problems would not continue, she unfortunately can’t cure her coworkers incompetencies.
It's a clean environment. The ladies that work in there do a great job taking care of the place. Judy is very friendly and personable. However, a couple of the other workers are not always on top of things when it come to doing their jobs. I had brought some laundry in there to be cleaned at their wash&fold service. I was told that it would be done and ready for pick up by a certain day and time. And it really was not finished until 24 hours later. Other than Judy the other ladies that work in there seem to have bad attitudes.
