I would not give this place one star let alone 5 i gsve them only got one because you have to not only was the daughter to the owner rude but she call me names and was rude and also told me she would beat my a ** wow great customer service and family has each others back i would never let my child talk or treat my paying customers this way EVER!!!! No bathroom and just plain disrespectful nasty lady . Then said something to the effects of spanish customers no one ever said anything about spanish people i am the same as any other person and have nothing bad to say about anyone just a note . Not only did she address my husband in a tone and rude manner she was talking about me to him like i cant hear and she could have just address me and not him when all that was said was why did she move our laundry baskets from the floor with no numbered dryers makes it hard to keep up with what loads were ours me and my husband were talking to each other when she rudely dropped her self in our conversation and just talked way out of her business when she was not the one we were talking to in the first place . Hummm let me go over to our customer and say stuff when we were not even speaking to her in the first place wow mom great service there should teach your daughter manners and that us as in all paying customers is the reason you all get a pay check in the first place. My money may not make a difference but i'm sure if she continues to disrespect people you will lose a lot more ... she says it was recorded great it was on my phone as well yes i have all of it and the names and threats as well ... Quick to call the cops like i was worried you can keep me from there all you want but promise this that was the first and last time i will ever go there anyhow .... i will make sure to spread the word of this issue and make it my priority to keep others updated on the way you and you daughter handle customers wow cant get the owner to help when she was wrong why because mommy is there to bail her out laughs sad that's okay lots of other places like Englewood Laundry who were fantastic with there guests and the dryers were super hott and guess what they have a BATHROOMMMMMMM. So i have the right to add a post every day if i want to that's my right as a customer and guess what ii will make sure to add a review and complaint to all networks and the BBB. DO USE THIS PLACE SUPER DISRESPECTFUL!!!!!!!!!!

This administration is better, the place is clean, have A/C, They offered laundry services in a while you make your activities around, the crew is attend, respectfully accurate and made your order fast
Please don't take you clothes or linens to this dirty hole in the wall. I washed my things and my clothes came out dirtier then before also I found bed bugs in my bag after leaving. I travel a lot so I check often. I tried to tell the lady and she kicked me out. Not happy right now!!!!
I liked the price! The lady was helpful. Not a fan of the neighborhood. But the clothes washed in 25min & dried in 25min ( @ $1.25) I was happy & it didnt take all day.
