They don't have operating security cameras to see who took them.
Been going here for years, when the new owner took over it went to hell. Last week, after returning with my wash & dry fold , I couldn't find 4 "Reel Legend" T-shirts. Called about it and got no where with the dumb a$$ women the OWNER pays nothing. The next day I walked in to the store and there they were hanging on the rack. Some one returned them, and I took home Then Yesterday I looked everywhere for my FAVORITE , $60.00 pair of nylon type fishing pants, that I had altered @ $12.00. NOW I realize that those were missing also , the whole time. I went in today and there was the owner, with a money grubbing arab accent. He told me he would NOT pay FULL price for the lost pants because they were used. The A$$ whole Owner gave me a check for $40.00 , Now I'm out $32.00, and still no pants. STUPID OPERATORS, MONEY GRUBBING OWNER. Yeah take your chances, with your own clothes.
By the way I love having subway next door so we can grab a bite while the load is washing :-)
The lady working there the the rudest individual I've ever encountered in a public location. She needs to be fired!?? If I could rate a zero it wouldn't be enough.
I have been going here for years when I get backed up on clothes at home or my washer breaks down (like now). It has definitely improved in service and upgrades from a year ago. I come here because i like the location and I'm familiar with it. I have not had a bad experience that made me think of going somewhere else, and I've been here atleast 20 times. I have always washed my own clothes, so I cannot tell you how there drop off service works. I do think the prices could be better. Some machines are atleast $1 over priced. I'm there to get my clothes caught up and as long as I'm using clean machines and my clothes come out clean...my mission is complete.
I just experienced the most rudest woman ever in this laundromat on San Jose Blvd next to Santionis restaurant. They have many bad reviews and I’m sure it’s about the same woman. If the owner allows her to continue working there after all these complaints, they must be just like her...She was not at all helpful, disrespectful in the way she responded to me several times, eventually I told her not to talk to me anymore. She would not give me the owners name or phone#..but it’s ok there’s always a way around and I will reach someone. This is so...ridiculous, don’t ruin your day and spend money at this laundromat. My name is Kathy.
Dropped off and when went for pick up they told us they were stolen.
Took clothes to be washed, some work clothes and some rodeo shirts.
Refused to give anymore than $50 for clothes.
We would have settled for $60 but they wouldn't.
