If I could give 0 stars, I would. They have caused a huge hole in my yard which they refuse to pay for repairs, they took over my termites but never did an inspection so legal I can sue them. And then they NEVER EVER RETURN PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS. I called about treatment, a week goes by and still no word after being told someone will call me. This goes on EVERYTIME. Now, they canceled my services without request and refuse to cover the bonding of a new termite treatment which legal they should since they never did it correct the first time. If you like awful customer service and having your home damaged - go with them!
My lawn looks great and the customer service is top notch but my favorite thing about Trad's is it has been locally owned and operated for decades. I love that I get to have a fantastic yard and keep my money in my own community, thanks Trad's!
