(For the Northside Lem Turner fire department/rescue) My Greyhound dog, Tobi, stepped on a piece of glass that severed her artery. I couldn't stop the bleeding, couldn't get help so I called 911 and told them my dog stepped on glass but they thought I said "my daughter." When rescue arrived at my house, they didn't hesitate to help me anyway. They stopped her bleeding, bandaged her up, carried her to my car and told me where to bring her for emergency services. They saved my dog's life, who means more to me than anyone in the world. I want to tell them THANK YOU. Thank you for saving my best friend!
They were great in getting to my house fast and helping my Father when he had cardiac arrests and performed life saving procedures. Thanks you to all you gave us 6 more days with my Dad before he passed.
