I have been financing my car for over a year.. but now every time we call to make payments or even try to log in online the call hangups after submitting my acct info and the website say my account is inactive ... called to get a customer rep but it also hang up the call.. pretty BAD BUSINESS when you try to be a good payee and the bank does not have good platforms for you to make your payment... I just wanna make my payment and you don"t want it??? don"t come repo my car after...I try

Jesus Christ. It's the last time I'll ever go through Mark one . Or should I say Centrus auto. Work your stuff out people. most of their customer service REPS needs lots of training and no one is on the same page. they need lots and lots of training. this company was and still is my worst nightmare. would not recommend it to anyone. one star is to much for this company and i hope corporate is happy with their stupid reps.
Horrible company they towed my car once and wasnt suppose to so i called them to see if they had my car towed and they said no so i called yhe police department and they said that the car company had it towed so they lied about that so they brought it back to my house but when they did thwy brought it back dead so the guy had to take it to auto zone to get it jumped terrible.And i missed work because or there mistake
My car loan goes through this company. They are so rude. If my payment is a day kate, they send text messages and call everyday. Please do not go through these people for anything. All they care about is money. God is my witness, this company is terrible!!
