They really go the extra mile! It's a great experience shopping there, especially if you need a little help making purchase decisions or finding unique items. Don't miss Bazille on 2nd floor- always outstanding; though a little pricey, never had a bad meal there.

I just bought a watch from here. My jewelry person was nice and respectful. But, the white employees were rude and racist as usual. It's funny because I probably make 4x the amount they make but, because they're white they think they are better than you! Jacksonville is lucky to have a Nordstom in Jacksonville. Great brands, top-notch atmosphere, excellent service, and even an in-store restaurant/bar and coffee shop. I've shopped online with them for a while (always a great experience) but it's awesome having the store in town.
They have the best restaurant upstairs in Nordstrom. Fresh and delicious.
