It's 10 a.m. and I am at the River City location standing outside the door and the lady sitting down with here head down like she does see anyone. Then she finally gets up and open the door at 10:08am.
Great service at City Station location. Visited on 2 separate occasions and was greeted and offered assistance both times. The evening and morning sales team take customer service seriously. Thanks to their selection and service this was the easiest time I've had shopping for my children's school shoes. I would highly recommend this location.
DTLR on Dunn's Ave has the worst customer service stood there for 6 min no one address me when I did get a young lady attention she stated she was on break yet she was walking around the store she did ask someone else to help but the look on her face stated she didn't want to help and she never did me and two other customers walked out with no help and went to the one in river city and no we wasnt together ..River city on the other had gave wonderful customer service address you when you walk in and help to the the end thanks river city for turning my experience around for DTLR.
