Avenue has well made clothes. They look good and last for years. Some of the deals are amazing too! Let's appreciate still having a store here where we can try things on. Love Avenue!
I loved the clothing selection. The employees were AMAZING. I just overall enjoyed the entire shopping experience.
The store is great unless you have a return. I wouldn't have had a problem with that except the attitude I received from the manager Kenya when I refused to give an email address. It seems she gets an attitude when the customer has one. 2 things...you should know the policy you quote cause your receipt says I am required to give different information. Second I would not have gotten angry over the shirt return that had the plastic minus the store tags...if you had shown the store rule printed on the back of the receipt I had I wouldn't have been upset. But beyond anything I didn't not curse at you just informed I would no longer shop there...getting an attitude with me shouldn't have happened.... especially if you had a Hope of retaining my or my mother's purchases at any avenue store.
