we have 2 James Jackson's one died July 18,1994 and another died July 18,1995..(fyi readers i thought that was ironic) So i asked for the D.O.B Mildra said Oh we don't have that information..FYI readers again I knew 100% that was false because MARK the OWNER helped me find my Grandmother and pulled out the card that had her D.O.B and when she died on there... AND i know they have this kind of information... Mildra continued and said we have 2 Jackson's but the one who died in 1995 is buried in the back in Abby 15076..I just paused and thought how can she know off hand what area the other Jackson is buried at but DON'T know where C2582 is at...Anyways I just asked when where Mark the owner would be there she said he comes on Fridays.. I said okay Thank You..That Rude unprofessional clown hung up in my face This is What you get when black ignorant drama queen females are left in charged for the day..If anyone in need of a resting place for their love ones try the Edgewood cemetery or the Cemetery pass the WAL-MART on Normandy No drama very professional people there and the Cemetery is well kept up..
I called here yesterday and asked a lady name Erica could she look up my grandfather name and tell me where he's buried because a month ago when i came there to visit him I didn't have the correct date he died. ,she told me she'll get back with me..So I called today 11/29/17 a Nasty ignorant S.O.B name Mildra answered the phone,I basically told her the same thing I told Erica yesterday she placed me on hold,She responded....she said he's buried in row C2582 I said where is that located at in the back? She said I don't know,so I asked to speak with the person who gave her the information where he's buried ..She said who? I replied I don't know whomever you just spoke to..She pause and said Oh Erica is on the other line..I said Okay.. Mildra replied did he die in 1995 or 1994 I said I'm not sure..Mildra said because
Great place and staff
Their staff was not very helpful on the phone in helping locate my grandparents graves. When you call, you get their answering service. After 3 days of phone calls it took a threat of going to a lawyer to finally get the row location of their graves and took a call to a funeral home - Alphonso West - to get more information. Restlawn is quite snobbish about giving directions as if it was a state secret or something. I have not been to the cemetery since 1979 so I am quite certain it has grown in grave sites.
