Another Foodie Adventure with Chef Devola. This was actually my first time coming here. The environment walking in was okay. Whenever I went to the bar to order my drink the bartender was sweet but it was her second night on the job and she didn't have a clue on what the drink options were. It's very important to train your employees to know the products for good service. My drink order was messed up and the bartender didn't want to correct it. Very poor service and I will not be coming back.

The customer service from Management is absolutely unacceptable here. I came here on a Sunday and it was well over 80 degrees in the building, food should not be serve in that climate. Also I came for the happy hour. I checked Facebook and Google prior to coming. Their Facebook page and Google stated this establishment opened at 5 while the website says it opened at 6. So we arrive at a little before 5 only to find out happy hour ends at 5. I'm confused how does happy hour end at the same time you open? I spoke with Scar the owner who refused to honor any happy hour specials even with the conflicting informations on several sites. He was also very rude and unprofessional. I will never spend money in this establishment again.
There is a $10 covet charge, it's dark inside, there do not offer the oystet specials that you see on their website menu unless you are there before 9pm. They don't specific when happy hour ends, so after 9pm I'm assuming that is the happy hour cut off, the only drink special is a long island ice tea served in a plastic cup. No .50 oystets or wings. My group was very disappointed and we will never return nor will we recommend this establishment! What a JOKE this place is!!
Great music and atmosphere but poor table service. Was here for about 3 hours and someone only came to ask if we needed anything one time.
