Once out food arrived my wings had no sauce on them. I've had hundreds of wings before from Hooters and I know how they are supposed to be cooked. So I say can you please have sauce put on these and she replies that's how they come. I replied this is definitely not how they are supposed to be. So she gets sauce and bills me for extra sauce. Upon getting my bill we were charged for a item we didn't order. She did remove the item but very poor service. The bad part about the situation is that they were not very busy. And I am proud to say that this is my first negative review I have ever posted. Good job Hooters
The Jacksonville Landing Hooters need to be shut down. I stopped going to the Jacksonville Landing Hooters for years due to their awful service, food, drinks, order that they never can get right. The best and favorite Hooters in Jacksonville is on San Jose Blvd. The food, service is great plus the fun I have is due to how the waitresses & managers interacts with their customers it help us as customers interacts with each others with great food, drinks, service with a lots of fun and laughter. My daughter from out of town invited me to an late afternoon/evening with her at the Jacksonville Landing & eat at the Jacksonville Landing Hooters. After my many and my very last bad experience at the Jacksonville Landing Hooters I didn't want to discourage her so I went unfortunate as I expected and my daughter experience the worse service ever the food and drinks order we place they never did get right with a attitude from the waitress was unbelievable and the manager unbelievable as well. I will not return or recommend my friends or my family to the Jacksonville Landing Hooters. The service, food, drinks, and most of all the unbelievably attitudes from the waitress & manager on Sunday July 9, 2017. The Jacksonville Landing Hooters need a visit from CEO of Hooters.
Probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a restaurant. We waited 20 minutes and had to ask for a server. Finally server comes and starts taking our order and suddenly takes off to another table for five minutes. After our order we asked if we could add a order of fries. (Which she never placed)
Yesterday me and my mom came and we had a blast. Our waitress was awesome and the food was hot and fresh. Our drinks were nice and strong. We had such a good time that we came back again today. It was a complete opposite. Our waitress was very disagreeable and we ended up talking to a manager. She removed some charges but it will be awhile before we come back
I just wanted to say that I went through a lot to get my food tonight. I blame grub hub and will not be using them again, but Hooters on the other hand was amazing. They had my food ready when I arrived and probably gave it to me since grub hub cancelled the order. The police officer then drove me back to my car to keep me from walking back alone in downtown at 11pm. The girls were so nice and even after the food sat out for a bit it was still amazing. The grilled chicken salad was so good. I'm vary thankful for my meal and for the police officer's assistance.
Chloe was very attentive. Food above average. Good atmosphere.
