Drive through is always slow. Entrance and exit to San Jose can be problematic.
Over the past several years, the service at the Mandarin branch has deteriorated to the point where it's the worst customer service I've ever received at a financial institution. I'll be moving my accounts to another bank.
Awful! Nothing positive to say about 121. Prior to name change, Florida Telco, stood behind all it stated were member benefits and A+ customer service. I am not sure what has happened but even prior to their move further south on San Jose, I believe it is the worst for a credit union. A bank, I can understand and is why I always have used a credit union. I say all the time I am closing my account, never have for the hassle of changing all my bill pay accounts but this time I actually did. I rather deal with changing account info than to waste negative energy on them. Every time we go out of town I call to put account on travel alert and usually call a second time to confirm, and every single time I get at least one call from fraud department while away. I realize that is not directly 121 and it is suppose to be there for my protection however at $.20 a minute to talk out of U.S. I am tired of the 15 minute calls in the middle of my purchase to clear so I can continue to use my own money with my debit card....
