Are the website and phone supposed to be helpful? Far too complicated, paying.taxes is easier.
This is a pitiful way to do business. People do not have time all the time to do scheduled meetings. We the people need fast results over the phone. I just needed my pin number to be resent out so I can send out for my taxes. Just like we gotta pay taxes out of our pay, I expect the tax places be more urgent about helping us get our money back without all this beat around bull crap. This is ridiculous. We need to talk to a live person. NOT A MACHINE.

The employees are rudeand theu sound like you are bothering them by calling! All the answer i got was no, sorry we cant, I could go on and on but hey I'm done now, only wish there was a star for, screw off star!
My tax return was processed on March 16, 2017, but due to issues with the bank it was returned and received on April 10, 2017. They sent me a letter stating that it would take 10 weeks for them to review and process the return. On June 19, which marked the last day of the 10 weeks, I was informed that there would be an update regarding the release of the funds. NOW, they are telling me that I must wait to up to 60 additional days because there is an unknown issue with my return, in which they don't what the issue is!! I find it funny how when WE are owed money y'all take forever in a day to reimburse our money, BUT when it's reversed we better pay up or go to jail... SMH... what kind of message is that? I will definitely be making an appointment to see someone in person and get to the bottom of this ASAP!!
